12th Edavaka Dinam was celebrated at St. Thomas Centre (Church and Parish Hall) from 10:00 AM on 12th April 2019, following the Thanksgiving Holy Communion service.The Parish day function had started with opening prayer by Rev. Sam Thomas (Vicar, Ahmadi Mar Thoma church). Mr. Christy Thomas (Vice President) welcomed the guests and audience. Very. Rev. Dr.C. K Mathew (Vicar Immanuel Mar Thoma) was the chief guest and inaugurated the Edavaka Dinam. Parish Secretary Mr. John Varghese presented Parish report for the year 2018-19, detailing the activities. Rev. Sam Thomas (Vicar, Ahmadi Mar Thoma Parish) Rev. V. T Yesudasan(Vicar, St. Peter’s Marthoma Church), and Mr. Mathew Koshy (Sr. Member) gave the felicitation speeches. The Parish Senior and Junior choirs presented songs to maintain an atmosphere of worship. Students who had completed their CBSE examinations during 2017-18 in Class X & XII were recognized on stage. The new parish website and Mobile app was formally inagurated during the function. Mr. Mon Mathews C. John (Secretary -2019-20) proposed vote of thanks. The meeting was compered by Mr. Biju P. Abraham and was closed out with benediction followed by Lunch for all present.
